ROAV Eyewear Warranty
ROAV stands behind every pair of sunglasses and eyeglasses we make. Our frames are precision-engineered from aerospace-grade stainless steel and built to last — but if something goes wrong, we have you covered.
Frame Warranty
All ROAV frames are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This includes:
- Defective hinges or hinge mechanisms
- Frame breakage under normal use conditions
- Coating or finish defects not caused by misuse
- Manufacturing imperfections identified at time of delivery
Lens Warranty
Lenses are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including bubbles, distortion, or coating failures. Lens scratches caused by normal use are not covered under warranty.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact
- Lens scratches from normal use
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme heat
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or unauthorized repairs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@roaveyewear.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 to 3 business days. Approved claims will receive a replacement frame or repair at no charge.
Returns and Exchanges
Not completely satisfied? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn frames in original condition with original packaging. Please visit our FAQ page for full return instructions, or contact our support team directly.
